All CEIKA products are warranted from the date of delivery against any defect caused by materials or workmanship. CEIKA Limited will repair or replace any parts in a timely manner for any claims lodged during the warranty period. The warranty applies to the original buyer only.

The warranty is void if the kit has been subjected to misuse, accident damage, non-authorized repair, or alteration.
At CEIKA, we guarantee perfect fitment and customer satisfaction. We take great care to ensure that our products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, and that they meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your CEIKA purchase, and we stand behind our products with a guarantee of noise-free braking (with street pads) and direct bolt-in fitment.
We do not accept liability for installation costs, nor for delays in providing the parts, but we assure you that it will be our first priority.
The buyer is responsible for shipment of the faulty parts to CEIKA Limited. The shipping fee must be paid by the buyer. However, we will ship the repaired/exchanged parts at our cost.
If the parts are found not faulty after testing and inspecting, the return shipping will have to be paid by the buyer.
In no event shall CEIKA Limited be liable for consequential damages. CEIKA Limited shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to any party for loss of profits, diminution of good will, or any other special, consequential, or incidental damages whatsoever with respect to any claim in connection with products sold by CEIKA Limited.
