ضمان CEIKA

At CEIKA, we stand behind لدينا المنتجات و offer a comprehensive الضمان و guarantee إلى ensure سيارتك كامل satisfaction. لدينا commitment إلى جودة و excellence means that أنت can trust us إلى provide أنت مع best possible المنتجات و الخدمة.

الضمان

All CEIKA المنتجات are warranted من date of التوصيل against any عيب caused by المواد أو workmanship. CEIKA Limited will repair أو replace any الأجزاء in a timely manner لـ any claims lodged during الضمان period. الضمان applies إلى أصلي buyer only.

الضمان periods are as follows:

• 2 سنوات on الكاليبر casting, الكاليبر الأجزاء, و جلود/مانعات تسرب.
• 2 سنوات on mounting حوامل التثبيت و hardware.
• 2 سنوات on ليات الفرامل. DOT/ADR (مصنوع في المملكة المتحدة)
• 10,000km/3 months on أقراص الفرامل.
• 1 year on كويل أوفر التعليق أطقم.

الضمان is void if طقم has been subjected إلى misuse, accident damage, non-authorized repair, أو alteration.

Guarantee

At CEIKA, we guarantee perfect التوافق و العميل satisfaction. We take great care إلى ensure that لدينا المنتجات are designed و manufactured إلى highest standards, و that they meet specific needs و requirements of each العميل. We are confident that أنت will be satisfied مع سيارتك CEIKA purchase, و we stand behind لدينا المنتجات مع a guarantee of noise-free braking (مع street pads) و direct bolt-in التوافق.

Conditions

We do not accept liability لـ installation costs, nor لـ delays in providing الأجزاء, but we assure أنت that it will be لدينا first priority.

buyer is responsible لـ shipment of faulty الأجزاء إلى CEIKA Limited. الشحن fee must be paid by buyer. However, we will ship repaired/exchanged الأجزاء at لدينا cost.

If الأجزاء are found not faulty after testing و inspecting, إرجاع الشحن will have إلى be paid by buyer.

In no event shall CEIKA Limited be liable لـ consequential damages. CEIKA Limited shall not, under any circumstances, be liable إلى any party لـ loss of proيناسب, diminution of good will, أو any other خاص, consequential, أو incidental damages whatsoever مع respect إلى any claim in connection مع المنتجات sold by CEIKA Limited.
