CALIPER specificaties:
Forged 6061-T6 aerospace grade legering 2-delig remklauwen.
- Radial mount design voor less flex.
- Pistons beschikbaar in 6061-T6 legering met anticorrosie coating, of roestvrij staal.
- Dual seals met high temperature resistant oil ring en dust scrappers.
- Stainless staal bleed screw.
- Carbon staal remklauw adapter voor direct bolt-on installation gegarandeerd.
-Teflon en roestvrij staal brake lines DOT/ADR approved met banjo bolt. Brake lines hoses are direct fit en manufactured in UK.
- CNC machined logo.
- Anti-corrosion coating + op maat color afwerking: "geanodiseerd" of "geanodiseerd + glans paint".

ROTOR specificaties:
- 2-delig zwevend remschijven met 6061-T6 aerospace grade legering hat. Fully balanced.
- Remschijf ring in FC30 cast iron met anti corrosion coating.
- Geboord / gegroefd / geboord en gegroefd remschijfring beschikbaar at no extra cost. (We advise geboord voor street en gegroefd only voor track en race applications).
- Curved vanes ventilation voor optimal cooling.
- Volledig zwevend remschijven gebruik zwevend hardware met anti-rattle systeem (removable en rebuildable). It provides a onder tendency naar warp, less drag en wear as de remschijfring centers itself met de pads. beschikbaar voor 330mm remschijven en bigger only. de semi-zwevend remschijf uses standaard bolts instead en de remschijf is fixed on de hat.
- Op maat remschijfhoed geanodiseerd color.

Wij hebben vier remblokcompounds voor krachtige remprestaties, afgestemd op uw rijomstandigheden. u can see de description of each compound below.
u can also gebruik other remblok merken (such as Alcon, AP Racing, Brembo, Ferodo, Hawk, Mintex, PAGID, Porsche, Wilwood en more) met onze remklauwen.
u can purchase an extra set of remblokken met uw kit, if u like, van de vervanging parts section. We have de following compounds beschikbaar:

- Street pads (Grey)
voor street gebruik, providing no noise, very little dust, good braking power en friction both at low en high temperatures.
These are specifically ontworpen in bestelling naar provide good bite en feel as well as good longevity of de pads en remschijven.
Optimal temperature range: 0~500°C
Maximum temperature: ~550°C
Coefficient of friction: 0.38~0.45

- Sport pads (Blue)
voor street/track gebruik, providing low noise, little dust, high braking power en friction both at low en high temperatures.
These are specifically ontworpen in bestelling naar provide stronger bite en race feel as well as good longevity of de pads en remschijven.
Optimal temperature range: 0~550°C
Maximum temperature: ~600°C
Coefficient of friction: 0.40~0.50

- Race pads (Red)
voor race gebruik only: voor maximum braking power, bite en friction. Those remblokken are noisy, they will wear out de remschijven faster than de street pads en produce more dust. de operating temperature range is higher en it is not safe voor everyday street gebruik.
However, they are a must voor a race auto of track day providing a consistent en predictable strong braking en longevity at high temperatures. Feel free naar request two sets of pads if u want a set voor street en a set voor race voor uw weekend warrior.
Optimal temperature range: 100~700°C
Maximum temperature: ~750°C
Coefficient of friction: 0.42~0.58

- Pro Race pads (Yellow)
voor race gebruik only: this is a new race compound that pushes de limits even further. We were able naar achieve a much higher temperature range while offering a very high coefficient of friction voor extreme race gebruik conditions.
Optimal temperature range: 100~800°C
Maximum temperature: ~850°C
Coefficient of friction: 0.58~0.68

- 2 jaren on remklauwen casting, remklauw parts, en seals.
- 2 jaren on mounting hardware en brackets.
- 2 jaren on brake lines. DOT/ADR approved
- 10,000km / 3 months on remschijven.

De productie duurt ongeveer 15 werkdagen, afhankelijk van uw specificaties en beschikbaarheid.
