At CEIKA, we stand behind our products and offer a comprehensive warranty and guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our commitment to quality and excellence means that you can trust us to provide you with the best possible products and service.

保証

All CEIKA products are warranted from the date of delivery against any defect caused by materials or workmanship. CEIKA Limited will repair or replace any parts in a timely manner for any claims lodged during the warranty period. The warranty applies to the original buyer only.

The warranty periods are as follows:

• 2 years on caliper casting, caliper parts, and seals.
• 2 years on mounting brackets and hardware.
• 2 years on brake lines. DOT/ADR (made in UK)
• 10,000km/3 months on rotors.
• 1 year on coilover suspension kits.

The warranty is void if the kit has been subjected to misuse, accident damage, non-authorized repair, or alteration.

Guarantee

At CEIKA, we guarantee perfect fitment and customer satisfaction. We take great care to ensure that our products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, and that they meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your CEIKA purchase, and we stand behind our products with a guarantee of noise-free braking (with street pads) and direct bolt-in fitment.

Conditions

商品のお取り付けにかかる費用、及び、交換用パーツの到着までに発生する費用や、交換用パーツの取り付け費用等に対しまして、CEIKAは一切責任を負いませんので予めご了承ください。

修理済みの製品、または交換用部品の発送費用はCEIKAが負担いたしますが、不具合品の返送費用はご購入者様のご負担となります。

不具合品として返送されたパーツがCEIKAにて検査された後、不具合品でないことが発覚した場合、発送費用はお客様のご負担となります。

CEIKAは、CEIKAが提供する商品に対するクレームに関し、ご購入者様のもとにて発生する間接損害、利益の損失、のれんの減額等、他全ての特別、間接的、付随的損害に、CEIKAは一切責任を負いません。
